    Responsibilities

    **Summary:** Regrind scrap parts for recycle or sale.

    + Make and line Gaylord’s.

    + Properly label Gaylord’s according to material type and record their weight.

    + Operate hydraulic dump and keep conveyors running smoothly.

    + Keep entire grinder area swept and cleaned.

    + Implement company rules including Good Manufacturing Practices, (HACCP) and safety.

    + Responsible for the ongoing development of a team environment.

    + Must Know the Quality Policy and apply it to working practices.

    + Purpose and procedures for ISO and AIB

    + Inputting regrind into inventory using DSI/MEP functions

    + Other duties may be assigned.

    Education and/or Experience:

    General Education Degree (GED) and/or minimum 1 year equivalent of on-the-job training.

    Language Skills:

    Must have the ability to speak in simple sentences.

    Mathematical Skills:

    Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out verbal and written instructions.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

    Job details:

    Starting Pay: $19.00/Hr.

     

    Job Type: Full-time

     

    Shift: 1st Mon-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

     

    3rd Mon-Friday 11:00PM-7:30AM (plus $2.00/hr Night Diff.)

     

    May require some weekend overtime
