    Position: Shipping Lead

     

    Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM

     

    Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

    Core Responsibilities & Duties:

    + Oversee all outbound departments to ensure the success of daily fulfillment of orders based on Priority & SLA agreements

    + Responsible for the warehouse safety culture, production accuracy, and facility maintenance

    + Manage & execute warehouse initiatives & changes under the direction of the Operations Manager & upper management

    + Manage daily/hourly goals for all outbound departments including Picking, Packing, Vas & Traffic to keep the teams working efficiently & engaged

    + Cross train & plan labor required for all outbound departments as needed to meet all shipping deadlines

    + Work closely with the Customer Service team to address Client priorities & requirements

    + Train & develop internal leadership team & source new talent as needed

    + Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements & Qualifications:

    + Three years of experience managing a warehouse team of at least 8 employees

    + Three years of experience in warehouse fulfillment

    + Two years of utilizing a warehouse management system

    + Computer skills

    + Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point and Excel

    + SAP experience preferred but not required

    + Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills

    + Familiarity with security measures and protocols

    + Able to work effectively in a highly cross-functional organization

    + Requires the ability to make judgments and work with minimum supervision

    + Strong ability to lead a successful team
