Position: Operations Specialist – High Value Services

Compensation: $90,000 - 110,000 Annually

Job Description:

As an Operations Specialist, you are the bridge between the Customer Sales and Carrier Sales teams, centralizing and streamlining all aspects of High Value (HV) freight operations. Working closely with the sales and account management teams, you will support daily the daily operations of our customers. As the single point of contact and subject matter expert for all HV freight activities, you will provide world-class service and build strong, lasting customer relationships.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

+ Assume full ownership of all HV freight operations across all customer segments

+ Collaborate with the Carrier Sales team to secure optimal transportation solutions

+ Develop, implement, and uphold standardized operations procedures

+ Drive initiatives to enhance shipment visibility, accountability, and efficiency

+ Maintain accurate documentation and verify all carriers meet insurance and ongoing compliance requirements

+ Oversee the carrier onboarding process

+ Manage load boards for assigned accounts to ensure consistent, world-class service

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts and facilities to better understand shipping needs and identify opportunities for organic growth

+ Provide proactive, solutions-oriented account service with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement

+ Other duties as assigned
