About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICA Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI SAP-FICAx and SAP-FICA-Utilities with a strong understanding of Devices Finance and Accounting domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and efficiency in our systems contributing to the company's growth and societal impact.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions using Generative AI and SAP-FICAx to enhance business processes.

+ Oversee the integration of SAP-FICA-Utilities with existing systems to ensure seamless operations and data flow.

+ Provide expert guidance on the use of SAP technologies to optimize financial and accounting processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and improvements.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all functional solutions and processes.

+ Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all functional designs and implementations.

+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new functionalities and best practices.

+ Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions on business outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

+ Support the development of strategic plans for technology adoption and innovation within the organization.

+ Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user experience.

+ Collaborate with vendors and external partners to leverage new technologies and solutions. Qualifications

What you need to have to be considered

+ Possess extensive experience in Generative AI and SAP-FICAx demonstrating a deep understanding of their applications.

+ Have a strong background in SAP-FICA-Utilities with proven success in implementing and managing these systems.

+ Demonstrate expertise in Finance and Accounting domains with the ability to apply this knowledge to functional architecture.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

+ Show a commitment to being updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

+ Display strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.

+ Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications Required

+ SAP Certified Application Associate AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
