As a NICE CXone Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design, implementation, and optimization of NICE CXone solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Customer Experience team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to deliver tailored contact center solutions.
In this role, you will:
1. Design and implement advanced call flows using NICE Studio, incorporating custom logic and Studio actions.
2. Execute configuration and deployment of NICE CXone features across multiple business units.
3. Evaluate and implement new NICE capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
4. Maintain and optimize NICE CXone components including ACD, IVR, routing, and integrations.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What you need to have to be considered
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with NICE CXone and Studio.
• Proven ability to build and maintain complex call flows using Studio.
• Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and modules.
• Experience implementing NICE CXone across multiple business units or departments.
• Familiarity with CXone APIs, integrations, and custom development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
These will help you stand out
• Experience with cross-business unit support and adaptation of NICE CXone configurations.
• Ability to monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in developing tailored solutions using Studio’s full capabilities.
• Knowledge of platform scalability and reliability best practices.
• Experience in evaluating and deploying new NICE capabilities.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
