Fluidra is looking for a Contract Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in delivering a seamless candidate experience. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, posting job ads, and maintaining communication with candidates and external recruiters. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented HR environment. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months. Additionally, you will:
+ Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for applicants and business partners
+ Document and update applicant tracking software on a daily basis
+ Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews and debrief meetings
+ Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to recruiter
+ Post job advertisements on job search websites
+ Partner, maintain, and manage candidates from external recruiters as required
+ Create and distribute the monthly HR newsletter, ensuring timely communication of key updates, initiatives, and resources to employees.
+ Additional items in relation to the job may be assigned
WHAT WE SEEK
+ 1+ years of professional experience in an administrative function, preferably within recruitment or HR
+ Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
+ Experience with ATS systems, Outlook calendar, Canva, LinkedIn and other related HR tools is preferred
+ Proven ability managing multiple projects, delivering results with a high-volume workload
+ Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment laws
+ Basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
+ Must have professional phone and email etiquette
+ Enthusiastic and passionate attitude
+ Ability to work well with others in a team environment
+ Proficient in recruiting tools and techniques including search engines and Boolean searches is a plus
EDUCATION
PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields

Expected hourly rate is $22.00 - $26.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location. Your recruiter will provide additional details on our compensation.
