Cognizant is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Architect with 13 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365-Customer Service Dynamics 365 and Power Pages with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Consumer Goods. This remote position requires a proactive individual who can design and implement cloud solutions to enhance our supply chain operations ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

The salary range for this role is between $137,000 and $161,000 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applicants must be based in the US and must have valid US work authorization. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

+ Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using Dynamics 365 to optimize supply chain processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365-Customer Service and Power Pages.

+ Provide technical expertise in Dynamics 365 to enhance customer service operations and improve user experience.

+ Analyze current supply chain systems and identify areas for improvement and innovation.

+ Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and integration processes.

+ Ensure cloud solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives.

+ Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Lead efforts to automate and streamline supply chain operations using cloud technologies.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and supply chain management.

+ Provide training and support to team members on Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

+ Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions.

+ Contribute to the company’s mission by enhancing supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

+ Possess extensive experience in Dynamics 365-Customer Service and Dynamics 365.

+ Demonstrate strong expertise in Power Pages for cloud-based solutions.

+ Have a solid background in Supply Chain Management particularly in Consumer Goods.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure cloud architecture.

+ Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Maintain a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
