About the role
As a **Senior AWS Connect Implementation Specialist** , you will make an impact by designing, deploying, and optimizing AWS Connect solutions across multiple business units. You will be a valued member of the **Cloud Contact Center Transformation** team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Design and implement advanced call flows using AWS Connect Studio, including custom logic and Studio actions.
+ Execute configuration and deployment of AWS Connect features across multiple departments.
+ Evaluate and implement new AWS capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
+ Maintain and optimize AWS Connect components including ACD, IVR, routing, and integrations.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What you need to have to be considered:
+ Minimum 8–10 years of experience with AWS Connect implementation.
+ Proven ability to build and maintain complex call flows using Contact Flows.
+ Strong understanding of AWS Connect architecture and modules.
+ Experience implementing AWS Connect across multiple business units.
+ Familiarity with AWS APIs, integration, and custom development.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
These will help you stand out:
+ Experience with AWS Lambda, Lex, and other AWS services integrated with Connect.
+ Knowledge of contact center operations and KPIs.
+ Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical workshops.
+ AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer).
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in AWS environments.
