About the role
As a SAP Principal Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of complex S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Digital Transformation team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovative solutions and ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead the design and implementation of complex S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Oversee the development and integration of SAP and non-SAP applications ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
+ Provide expert guidance on system optimization and improved performance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system challenges driving continuous improvement.
+ Develop and maintain data models in S/4 HANA ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Work model:
Onsite in Waltham, MA – from the United States only
What you need to have to be considered
+ 20+ years of Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience, including Kidney Care Dialysis
+ Extensive experience in S/4 HANA.
+ Strong skills in S/4 HANA transformation with a proven track record of successful implementations.
+ Knowledge of data models demonstrating a deep understanding of technical intricacies.
+ Knowledge of the Provider domain applying insights to optimize solutions.
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
These will help you stand out
+ Effective communication skills facilitating collaboration across diverse teams.
+ SAP Certification in one or more functional areas.
+ Experience mentoring and supporting team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
+ Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to enhance systems.
+ Experience coordinating with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions seamlessly.

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
