About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager with 9–12 years of experience in SQL Server, AWS, Angular (versions 2–8), Node.js, MySQL, and Core Java. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact projects that drive business transformation and societal value. Experience in Merchandising, Finance, or Accounting domains is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture solutions using AWS, SQL Server, and MySQL.

+ Lead the development and deployment of applications using Angular (2–8) and Node.js, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and coding standards.

+ Conduct system analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.

+ Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, workflows, and technical specifications.

+ Implement robust security protocols to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal operational disruption.

+ Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

+ Participate in strategic planning and contribute to technology roadmaps.

+ Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance code quality.

+ Ensure architectural alignment with organizational goals and long-term vision.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ Proven expertise in SQL Server, AWS, Angular (2–8), Node.js, MySQL, and Core Java.

+ Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade architecture solutions.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

+ Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

+ Experience in Merchandising, Finance, or Accounting domains is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $72,000 – $99,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
