Position Details:

+ Employment Type: Full Time, 1st Shift

+ Compensation: $54,000 per year

Managerial Responsibilities:

+ Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.

+ Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.

+ Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

+ Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.

+ Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.

Desired Qualifications:

+ At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.

+ Proficient in various software applications for task management.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
