Description

Work Schedule:Onsite, Fulltime
Role Overview:
As an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), you will apply the ADDIE model to design, develop, and evaluate effective learning solutions. You will conduct thorough analyses of learner needs, performance gaps, and existing training content to inform instructional strategies. The ISD will design and develop engaging instructional materials and assessments aligned with adult learning principles and measurable objectives. You will support implementation through learning management systems (LMS), facilitator training, and troubleshooting as needed. Finally, the ISD will evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights and recommend continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes and performance.

Specific Skillset
+ Conduct stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and learner analyses to identify training needs
+ Perform task and performance gap analyses to define measurable learning objectives
+ Design instructional strategies, course outlines, and storyboards aligned with adult learning theory
+ Develop assessment tools, including formative, summative, and diagnostic evaluations
+ Produce e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning materials
+ Create multimedia assets such as graphics, audio scripts, and interactive scenarios
+ Support training implementation through LMS deployment and facilitator preparation
+ Provide train-the-trainer support and assist with technical setup and configuration
+ Conduct Level 1 (Reaction) and Level 2 (Learning) evaluations to measure effectiveness
+ Analyze evaluation data to assess learning outcomes and program impact
+ Recommend revisions and continuous improvements based on evaluation results
+ Maintain documentation such as design documents, prototypes, and evaluation reports
+ Ensure alignment of all instructional materials with organizational goals and performance outcomes
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders throughout the ADDIE process
Requirements
Education & Certifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Experience Requirements
+ 3–5 years of direct experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning program management.
+ Hands-on experience with the full ADDIE model.
+ Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, etc.) and LMS administration.
+ Experience conducting needs analyses and developing both instructor-led and e-learning content.
