Programs include inpatient interventions, jail-based evaluations, supervised group home and residential programs, forensic evaluation, care, custody, and aftercare; intermediate and long-term psychiatric care are coordinated with the total system of care in Louisiana. ELMHS is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to come and join the team in the Psychology Department as an Associate to a Psychologist! Minimum Qualifications A master's degree in psychology. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: In this role, you will: + Perform a limited number of psychological services, including the administration and scoring of measures of intellectual, achievement, personality/psychopathology, and other psychological and behavioral measures under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist. + Perform background interviews, review and summarize clinical and legal records, and assist in writing psychological screening reports and other types of psychological reports with supervision. + Coordinate psychological resources for clients. + Assist or conduct individual and group therapy sessions, track client progress, provide oral and written feedback to patients and referral source. + Assist in data collection and the creation and management of behavior management plans for patients, and conducts related interventions under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. + Assist in competency restoration and other treatment activities as required.
