+ Filing, typing
+ Maintain list of equipment, cell phones, computers etc
3. Daily assignment
+ Scan daily assignments & e-mail to assigned distribution
+ Scan insurance logs & e-mail to UM staff * save in M drive. Notify Marilyn and UM leadership on denial
+ Update logs to reflect approvals, pending’s, and LAD
+ Organize meeting locations & needs for CMSW
+ Schedule PCP appointments as requested
+ Backup for transportation needs/assistance
+ Typing – meeting minutes, agendas, schedules
+ Update and maintain shared drive.
+ Maintain CMSW policy book, update yearly
+ Maintain Resource File Cabinet
+ Maintain expense book & check requests
+ Department supply ordering
+ Copy/ post and update staff schedule, weekend bulletin, & education calendar.
+ Order & maintain departmental forms.
N. Office Maintenance
+ Pick-up, sort & distribute mail
+ Office machine maintenance
+ Document distribution.
+ Report maintenance problems.
+ Maintain organization and supply of forms.
O. Maintain office keys.
P. End of day tasks
+ Check paper in copier.
Misc:
+ Prepare for new staff - (keys, cell phones, update orientation materials)
+ Order of resource material as requested
+ General assistance to the department
+ Maintain staff telephone list and update as needed.
Q. EDUCATION
Maintain calendar, organize any in-service requested by Director, Type minutes, distribute & File
R. Maintain and organize facility brochures for display
S. PRIME CARE- DME wheeled walker stock room
+ Order supplies - weekly
+ Invoice orders
+ Process forms, send complete invoice to
+ Compile and email Daily Discharge Report
+ Responsible for CPS Forms & correspondence to Social Service Dept.
+ Fidelis/MVP UM mail correspondences of Authorizations
S. cross train for UM clerical to cover any leaves
T. Initiate LIVANTA appeals- provide medical record(s)
UM Clerical to follow Livanta appeals after medical record faxed

Salary Range: $22.28-32.31 /hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
