    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the Maintenance Department – Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

    + Preventative Maintenance – Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

    + Budget & Resource Management – Balance cost control with quality results.

    + Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff toward success.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.

    + Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems.

    + Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
