    What You-ll Do

    + Review Budgets, CAM Reconciliations, Reforecasts, and Estimates, ensuring accurate coding, allocation, and documentation of expenses.

    + Validate recoverable expenses, apply exclusions and caps, and assess amortization requirements.

    + Prepare CAM Reconciliation invoices and deliverables for tenants.

    + Support due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions and manage prorations.

    + Analyze financial variances, calculate CAPS, and compare CAPEX bids to budgets.

    + Oversee financial processes in Yardi and review automated OPEX analysis for accuracy.

    + Generate portfolio performance reports and resolve tenant billing inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers and Asset Management Analysts.

    Who You Are

    + Bachelor-s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.

    + Experience in property management financial analysis and reporting.

    + Strong understanding of CAM, CAPS, and expense allocation practices.

    + Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
