    You'll work on exciting AI and automation projects across strategic, tactical, and operational altitudes — but here's the key difference: AI and automated systems handle the operational execution while you focus on the strategic design and tactical configuration.

     

    This isn't administrative work or boring operational tasks. You architect the systems, configure the AI agents, build the automation workflows, and solve the complex problems while intelligent systems perform the repetitive execution. You might spend Monday designing AI customer experience systems that Claude will operate, Tuesday building marketing automation workflows that run themselves, and Wednesday creating operational processes that AI agents and automated systems execute autonomously.

     

    You'll be expected to learn rapidly across domains, discovering new tools and techniques as business needs evolve. Self-directed exploration and continuous skill development are core to success in this role.

    This isn't 5 jobs for 1 salary. Your focus shifts based on business priorities and your growing expertise:

     

    + Cycle 1 (Weeks 1-8): Deep dive into one primary domain (e.g., customer experience optimization)

    + Cycle 2 (Weeks 9-16): Apply learnings to adjacent areas (e.g., marketing intelligence informed by customer insights)

    + Cycle 3 (Weeks 17-24): Systems integration project connecting previous work

     

    You'll have guardrails against overload: clear success metrics, executive support, and the autonomy to say "this needs more focus time" when quality demands it. Evolution happens based on demonstrated impact, not arbitrary timelines.

    + Growth Path: Technical lead → domain architect → strategic advisor (if desired)

    + Level 1: $75K–$110K + potential bonus/stipend

    + Level 2: $110K–$150K + potential bonus/stipend

    + Level 3: $150K–$200K + larger potential bonus/stipend tied to impact
