    Job Description Summary:

    Supports Food & Nutrition services by maintaining up to date records of financial transactions.

    Responsibilities And Duties:

    30% - Data entry to include but not limited to A/P invoices, statistical data, patient meal counts

     

    30% - Update and reconcile various financial reports including deposit summaries, invoices, retail sales, and meal counts

     

    20% - Produce weekly, pay period and monthly closing reports and invoices

     

    10% - Review payroll deduct files and update as necessary

     

    10% - Scan, email, compile various information for distribution

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School or GED (Required)

    Additional Job Description:

    High School diploma

    1 – 2 years MS Office experience including intermediate Excel skills

     

    Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division)
