How do you excel in this position

The Branch Sales Lead is responsible for driving aftermarket growth through proactive engagement with contractors, end-users, and internal branch teams. This role focuses on OEM parts, lifecycle replacements, and upgrades within assigned accounts or territories. Combining elements of sales support and business development, the Parts focused Branch Sales Lead supports customer needs at the retail counter, over the phone, and in the field. By acting as a trusted commercial resource, this role enables Sales Engineers and Parts Sales Management to focus on strategic growth while ensuring timely parts availability, accurate quoting, and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.

+ 3-5 years of experience in parts sales, account management, or aftermarket support (HVAC, Boiler, or Industrial systems strongly preferred).

+ Experience supporting contractors, end-users, or service providers in a technical sales environment.

+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Generator and/or boiler parts, lifecycle replacements, and aftermarket sales processes

+ Familiarity with HVAC manufacturers, software tools, and sales processes is a plus.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and parts management/quoting systems.

+ Strong organizational skills with ability to balance counter support, territory engagement, and account stewardship.

+ Technical aptitude to recommend replacement parts and assist in troubleshooting system needs.
