    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $75/hr | Full-Time | In-Person | San Lorenzo, CA | District-Wide | Immediate Start

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support San Lorenzo Unified School District. This in-person role begins immediately and is expected to run through at least January 2026, with strong potential to extend through the full school year.

    Position Overview:

    + Location: San Lorenzo, CA (district-wide)

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Duration: Through January 2026 (potential for full SY)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5–40 hours/week

    + Modality: In-person only

    + Pay Rate: $75/hour

    + Caseload: Elementary and secondary students; district-wide support

    + Openings: 1.0 FTE

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct behavioral evaluations (e.g., FBAs)

    + Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

    + Support SCIA processes and district-wide behavioral initiatives

    + Provide consultation, training, and supervision to school staff

    + Collaborate with SPED coordinators and district leadership

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    + Master’s degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field

    + At least one year of pediatric experience (school-based preferred)

    + Strong understanding of school-based behavioral services

    + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
