Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children every day? We’re looking for a dedicated Instructional Aide to join our school-based team and support students with instructional and behavioral needs under the guidance of the special education department and classroom teachers.

Schedule: Per diem Monday–Friday, school hours

About the Role:

As an Instructional Aide, you will:

+ Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in classroom settings.

+ Assist students with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed professionals.

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Commitment to professional standards of practice
