Salary: $780 / Week

Job Summary:

The Behavior Technician supports students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or school psychologist. This role involves working directly with students in classroom and small group settings to promote positive behaviors and academic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Implement behavior support plans and collect data on student progress

+ Support teachers and staff in managing classroom behaviors

+ Provide one-on-one or small group support to students

+ Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies

+ Collaborate with school teams to monitor and adjust interventions
