    Occupational Therapist (OT) | $60–$65/hr | Full-Time | In-Person | Phoenix, AZ | K–8 | 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K–8 students in Phoenix, Arizona. This in-person role begins in late July and runs for 36 weeks. Open to one full-time or two part-time candidates.

    Position Overview:

    + Location: Phoenix, AZ

    + Start Date: Late July 2025

    + Duration: 36 weeks

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 40/week

    + Modality: In-person only

    + Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour (local)

    + Grade Level: K–8

    + Interview Format: Virtual or in-person

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct student evaluations and develop therapy plans

    + Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized plans

    + Document services and progress accurately

    + Collaborate with school teams to support student success

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active OT license in Arizona

    + Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)

    + One year of professional OT experience preferred

    + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
