    Delaware North’s Patina Group is searching for a part-time Beverage Supervisor for Leatherby's Cafe Rouge in Costa Mesa, California.     $28.00 - $29.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales

    + Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction

    + Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities

    + Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards

    + Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting

    More about you

    + Previous experience leading and managing a team

    + Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills

    + Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidays

    Physical requirements

    + Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
