Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 2 Support Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Littleton, NH and provide technical assistance and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows desktop support, hands-on troubleshooting, and experience working with IT vendors and local site teams. This role requires strong communication skills, independence, and a proactive approach to solving technical issues efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities** **:
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for end users via phone, email, and chat
+ Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and printer issues, including replacements and imaging
+ Support and maintain Windows-based systems with some exposure to macOS
+ Perform desktop and laptop imaging, deployment, and upgrades
+ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory
+ Maintain and update ITSM ticketing systems to ensure timely issue resolution
+ Provide support for Microsoft Office 365, including MS Teams, Outlook, and other productivity tools
+ Serve as the primary IT contact for vendors during system implementations
+ Coordinate and manage relationships between client IT, vendors, and local site support
+ Provide on-site "hands and feet” assistance during IT implementations and maintenance activities
+ Test IT systems during setup, including network access, wireless, and telephony
+ Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all users
Skills and Qualifications** **:
+ Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in deskside PC support or IT customer service roles
+ Strong technical and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and network environments
+ Expertise with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
+ Basic experience supporting macOS environments
+ Experience with desktop/laptop imaging and deployment
+ Working knowledge of Active Directory and ITSM ticketing tools
+ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Teams
+ Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Wage Range** :
The rate for this position is between **$23.00 - $26.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
