This role involves assisting with project planning, scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and maintaining course project documentation. The assistant collaborates with the Auburn Online instructional design and creative team members as needed for project tracking. This position supports a hybrid work model. On-the-job-training will be provided for specific tasks and tools. Essential Functions *Attending project meetings, taking detailed notes, and distributing communications. *Assisting the Project Manager with managing project details and dashboards using platforms like Box, Power BI, and varied project management systems. *Creating templates and tools to streamline handoffs between internal and external teams. *Maintaining consistent communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment. *Supporting instructional design efforts by organizing materials and facilitating course updates. Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate: + Must be enrolled in Auburn University full time. + 20 hours per week is required.
