We’re on the lookout for a **Senior People Advisor/Employee Relations Specialist** to be the go-to partner for all things people-related in our North America People Hub Shared Services team.

This role is a mix of **Employee Relations wizardry** (think coaching managers, navigating tricky conversations, and ensuring compliance is always on point) and **People Advisor magic** (supporting HR operations, answering employee questions, and helping us deliver an amazing colleague experience).

• **What you’ll be doing:**

+ Be the first point of contact for ER cases—triaging, tracking, and supporting fair resolutions.

+ Coach and guide managers on employee performance, engagement, and policy interpretation.

+ Partner with ER teams and Legal to keep everything consistent, compliant, and positive.

+ Jump in to support our People Advisor team during busy times—because teamwork makes the dream work!

+ Spot opportunities to improve our processes, tools, and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• **What we’re looking for:**

+ 3–5 years of HR experience with strong Employee Relations and HR Ops exposure.

+ Someone who knows their way around ServiceNow (or similar systems).

+ A trusted advisor who can balance empathy with accountability.

+ Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver.

+ A natural at staying cool under pressure while bringing positivity to the table.
