    Our Intelligence & Cyber Business Group is seeking a committed **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team supporting our Infrastructure Engineering Division. This role blends day-to-day HR execution with forward-thinking planning, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate engaging orientation sessions tailored to our Infrastructure Team

    + Serve as the main HR Contact for new hires, partnering with managers to ensure smooth onboarding and early team integration

    + Process transactional HR items in Workday, including one-time payments, salary changes, and compensation increases

    + Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning

    + Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the Division

    + Maintain data integrity to support compliance and reporting needs

    + Support newly onboarded leaders through customized assimilation plans and ongoing leadership coaching to accelerate team integration and performance.

    + Drive change management initiatives tied to a major business integration, focusing on cultural alignment, team transitions, and leadership visibility.

    + Partner with business stakeholders to identify key talent, support career pathways, and build high-performing, mission-driven teams.

    + Conduct deep compensation analyses to ensure equity, competitiveness, and role clarity.

    + Monitor workforce health indicators like retention and engagement, and communicate insights to influence workforce strategy.

    + Be an embedded partner to Program Managers and Directors, translating business needs into scalable HR strategies that drive team and organizational success.

    + Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.

    + Support cross-functional HR initiatives by partnering with HR Operations to execute projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

    + Cultivate collaborative relationships with Centers of Excellence, including Benefits, HR Operations, Talent Management, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition, to align business goals with HR strategies and deliver integrated solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business operations, and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree

    + Demonstrated experience in government contracting environments, preferably in cybersecurity, intelligence, or defense sectors.

    + Strong knowledge of compliance requirements like DCAA and SOX.

    + Strong analytical skills and fluency with compensation strategy and workforce metrics

    + Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills

    + A forward-leaning attitude with a focus on driving growth and innovation in HR practices

    + Financial business acumen to partner with leadership effectively.

    + Ability and willingness to conduct local site visits a minimum of 2x a month.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + TS/SCI security clearance or eligibility

    + SHRM-SCP or equivalent

    + Familiarity with Workday systems and analytics
