Position Overview:
The executive assistant will work closely with the executive vice president of strategic advocacy to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain the executive schedule, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and coordinating meetings.
+ Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
+ Greet and escort visitors.
+ Flag important communications for follow-up.
+ Track relevant content in Salesforce and other organizational tools.
+ Answer phones, respond to emails, order office supplies, and provide other administrative assistance.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting an executive-level staff.
+ Excellent organization and time management .
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
The salary range for this position is $85,744 to $105,000. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
