Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Technical Operations Co-Op to join our MedTech Orthopaedics Supply Chain team. The role is based in West Chester, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and execute project and/or programs of low to medium complexity impacting patient safety, compliance, quality, service, growth, and value.
+ Lead and support supply chain projects that relate to modifications to existing products, manufacturing processes and product transfers.
+ Support creation of a project business case, assist with project tasks, mitigation plans and monitor project status.
+ Collaborate with other functional partners such as Research and Development, Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Source to ensure excellence in project execution.
+ May assist with strategic projects/programs and issue management activities.
+ Use project management tools (eg FPX), solve problems, and provide suggestions for improvements.
+ Understanding of various business processes, governances and supporting systems and the tools/templates used for project and portfolio management.
+ Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirements:
+ Authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa at the time of application or in the future (e.g.. F1, H1-B status). Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
+ Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College program for the entire duration of the assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Not necessarily taking active classes.
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or other related engineering fields.
+ Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with reliable transportation to and from work. Job is on site.
+ Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
+ Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University or College is required. Must not be a Senior graduating prior to program end date.
+ Requires proficiency in English language
