The Larson Group Peterbilt , is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team . The Body Shop Administrative Assistant will perform diversified secretarial duties. the Body Shop Department. This position supports Body Shop Management with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:
+ Answers Body Shop phone calls.
+ Administers prepared estimates.
+ Facilitates communication with insurance companies and relevant parties.
+ Prepares special reports as directed.
+ Processes billing work order invoices.
+ Prepares and processes warranty claims.
+ Pre pare letters, reports and forms.
+ Assists with maintaining and reconciling paint inventory.
+ Prepares vendor invoices for Accounts Payable Department.
+ Prepares weekly Labor Time Reports for payroll
+ Communicates to customer any changes in repair plan and estimates
+ Ensures customers are kept up to date on repair progress.
Qualification:
+ Should possess a High School diploma.
+ Experience in an office front desk environment is preferred but not required. \
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). ).
+ Must be able to type proficiently and communicate effectively.
+ Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
