Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Senior Financial Analyst, Deliver Vision Americas** based in Jacksonville, FL.
The Vision Supply Chain Finance team is recruiting Senior Financial Analyst who will provide finance support for Vision Deliver organization for North America and Latin America regions. This role plays a crucial role in driving value in the areas of Distribution, Logistics & Customer Experience. This position will focus on maximizing business value by combining business acumen with forward-looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business toward a healthier future. A rotation in Deliver Finance will enable individuals to develop key skills as a finance leader at J&J: problem-solving, change management, and influencing skills, data-driven analytics using digital automation, conflict management, and exposure to senior finance management in J&J.
The Supply Chain Deliver Finance Team provides a unique and exciting opportunity to develop both **business partnering** and **finance leadership** skills:
Business Partnering
This position requires interaction with senior management to provide business and finance insights in a highly dynamic organization.
Business partners work in conjunction with the Finance team to provide analysis to drive insights that shape the business and network strategies.
This role is highly visible and works closely with Senior Leadership supporting Vision. It provides an exciting opportunity to understand business drivers and influence how we drive forecast transparency and accuracy.
Finance Leadership
Due to the interdependency where Deliver Finance plays in both SG&A and COGS, this position provides exposure to both Commercial Finance, as well as Supply Chain Finance.
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills as the role requires finance modeling and forecasting on top of FP&A responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
+ End to End financial ownership with responsibility for ~$200MM Deliver budget supporting ~$2B business across North America and Latin America regions
+ Lead the financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes
+ Perform month-end closing activities (Journal entries, Intercompany charges, Latest Thinking, Headcount reporting, Business Variance Analysis, R&O analysis).
+ Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
+ Partnership with key stakeholders in Vision, Deliver, Supply Chain and Commercial to understand and review performance drivers and mitigate risks
+ Evaluating investment alternatives using data-based analytics to identify opportunities to deliver or exceed financial commitments
+ Dotted-line supervision of an FLDP
+ Leverage SigniFi to facilitate the creation of more robust analytics and forecasting tools
+ Perform ad hoc reporting & performance analytics, such as scenario analysis and cost benchmarking studies
+ Ensure compliance with all SOX requirements
The SFA will report to the Finance Manager, Deliver Vision Americas, and will work directly with senior leadership within the Deliver function and the Commercial and Supply Chain Finance organizations.
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance
+ CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred
+ A minimum of three (3) years of finance or accounting experience is required
+ SAP, AFO and Anaplan experience is preferred
+ Must possess the ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams
+ Must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements
+ Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization.
+ This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills
+ This position will be in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 5% travel
