Job Summary

As the **Restaurant Manager,** you’ll lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service and a refined guest experience. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.

+ Partner with the management team to create cohesive culinary and service experiences.

+ Recruit, train, and develop a talented service team focused on hospitality and excellence.

+ Manage floor presence during service to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively.

+ Oversee labor and operating costs while maintaining premium standards.

+ Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support private dining, activations, and special experiences.

+ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

+ Model a culture of inclusion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in upscale or fine-dining environments.

+ Deep understanding of service standards, wine, and beverage programs.

+ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

+ Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.

+ Passion for hospitality, culture, and design-driven spaces.
