    Community Outreach Liaison

     

    Butterfly Effects seeks a dynamic, high-energy professional to serve as a Community Outreach Liaison - a role that bridges physician relations, community engagement, and event-based outreach. This position is designed for a connector who thrives on building relationships with physicians, schools, and community organizations while leading impactful events that bring awareness to the value of ABA therapy for children with autism.     Liaison is responsible for increasing referrals, enhancing brand visibility, and driving enrollment growth by representing Butterfly Effects as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, educators, and families.

     

    What Would You Be Doing?

     

    + Physician & Provider Outreach

    + Conduct regular visits to physician offices, clinics, and healthcare partners to present Butterfly Effects' services and referral process.

    + Promote strong referral relationships by articulating how ABA therapy benefits patients and integrates with physician care plans.

    + Follow up consistently to nurture partnerships, track leads, and maintain engagement.

    + Provide educational presentations and appreciation visits for physician teams.

    + Identify referral champions within practices and build sustainable referral pipelines.

    + Community & School Engagement

    + Establish and strengthen partnerships with schools, early learning centers, and special education programs to identify children who may benefit from ABA services.

    + Collaborate with administrators, social workers, and educators to share educational resources and conduct informational sessions.

    + Attend and coordinate community-based events, health fairs, and parent workshops to expand awareness.

    + Represent Butterfly Effects at public and professional events to drive visibility, generate leads, and support families seeking services.

    + Event Planning, Community Engagement & Execution

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute sensory-friendly events, parent workshops, and educational programs in collaboration with the Clinical and Marketing teams.

    + Attend and engage in existing community events that cater to parents, children, and families to enhance visibility and strengthen Butterfly Effects' presence.

    + Build partnerships and collaboration opportunities with local organizations, advocacy groups, and community programs to add value to our centers and service areas.

    + Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities and community collaborations that align with the company's mission and outreach objectives.

    + Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, marketing collateral, staffing, and community engagement.

    + Track event outcomes, leads generated, and ROI metrics to report performance impact and ensure continuous improvement.

    + Develop ongoing seasonal or themed events (e.g., Autism Awareness Month, sensory-friendly holiday celebrations, back-to-school readiness) to maintain year-round community engagement.

    + Lead Management & Family Guidance

    + Respond to inbound leads and inquiries, guiding families through the referral and intake process.

    + Collaborate with the Client Services and Clinical teams to ensure families experience seamless communication and onboarding.

    + Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and track the referral-to-assessment pipeline.

    + Reporting & Collaboration

    + Document outreach visits, events, and referral metrics in CRM systems.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing and Clinical teams to align outreach strategies with organizational goals.

    + Provide monthly reports outlining key outreach efforts, physician engagement, and event outcomes.

    + Participate in strategy meetings to share community insights and identify new growth opportunities.

    What Do You Bring to the Role?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.

    + At least 3 years of experience in community outreach, business development, or physician liaison work - ideally in healthcare or educational services.

    + Demonstrated success in relationship building, event planning, and partnership development.

    + Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.

    + Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

    + Passionate about helping families and raising awareness for autism services.
