+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. More details upon interview.

+ **Requirement** : 2 years of previous supervisory experience is preferred.

+ Position will supervise team of 15-20 associates and identify skills + areas of improvement.

+ Monitor work flow to ensure orders are completed by end of day.

+ Repeated lifting of 50 lbs.

+ Monitor training of new hires.

+ Implement Room Sets and Security Protocols.

+ Profience in Outlook, Teams, Excel programs for reporting.

Job Summary

**Summary:** Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.

+ Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

+ Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.

+ Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.

+ May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Run a team of 15-20 people

+ Assign daily duties.

+ Know abilities and skills of each person

+ Monitor workflow, all orders need to be completed by EOD.

+ Monitor Training of new techs.

+ Know and manage room sets.

+ Know Security protocols.

+ Communicating with Internal staff and outside vendors.

+ Daily reports.

+ Skills needed:

+ Computer – Outlook, Teams, Excel

+ Able to repeatably lift 50 lbs.

+ Communication

+ Multitasking
