+ We are hiring immediately for a **CUSTODIAL TRAINER** position.
+ **Location** : 1500 Lamers Dr., Little Chute, WI, 54140 (Openings at other locations within school district available) _Note: online applications accepted_ _only_ _._
+ **Schedule** : Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
+ **Requirement** : Proven experience training and coaching hourly associates.
+ **Fixed Pay Rate:** $18.50 per hour

Job Summary
**Summary:** Performs administrative tasks, trains team members and oversees overall training activities for custodial associates. Acts as a resource for others due to knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and heavy commercial cleaning equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead onboarding and orientation for all new custodial employees across assigned sites, covering company policies, custodial processes, safety, and customer service.
+ Deliver ongoing training for current associates, including refreshers, compliance updates, floor care training, and customer service development.
+ Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
+ Maintain accurate training records, tracking data for compliance, completion, and performance improvement.
+ Provide hands-on training in custodial techniques, chemical safety, PPE use, equipment operation, and specialized floor care.
+ Collaborate with site leadership and RVP to identify skill gaps, training needs, and performance trends across the region.
+ Support custodial operations when not actively engaged in training, ensuring flexibility and alignment with operational needs.
+ Performs walk-through building inspections as required.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience training and coaching hourly associates, preferably in custodial or facilities management.
+ Strong knowledge of custodial processes and floor care methods.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and engage diverse groups.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites.
