What you'll bring
+ You have 3 or more years of experience building and operating large web applications and extensive experience working within large-scale development environments.
+ You are as comfortable working with and improving upon legacy systems and code as you are building new features and applications.
+ You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a software development environment, with capability in frontend or backend development.
+ You have experience developing new and enhancing existing features as well as investigating and resolving defects.
+ You have experience with service oriented architecture or systems design.
+ You adhere to internal coding standards, development processes, and design best practices.
+ You have an eye for quality and care deeply about the user.
+ You ensure quality by performing thorough testing and leveraging peer reviews for your work and the work of others.
+ You have experience with Kotlin, Java, React, PHP, and AWS.
How you will lead
+ You’ll write and maintain scalable, efficient code.
+ You’ll work with teammates and cross functional partners to plan, refine and build features from concept through implementation.
+ You'll spearhead efforts to establish patterns and processes, and lead the team through examples in your own work.
+ You'll develop and enhance new and existing features as well as investigate and resolve defects.
+ You'll remain up-to-date on evolving tools and patterns for managing infrastructure and guiding our implementation of them when necessary.
+ You'll help scope, estimate, and prioritize work.
+ You'll embrace and demonstrate our values: empathy, creativity, and independence.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $137,500-$186,500, New York $136,000-$184,00, San Diego $124,500-$168,500, Atlanta $116,500-$157,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits) (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
