    Emergency Psychiatry APP Position

     

    Support the EmPATH Unit and Emergency Department at St. Cloud Hospital as an Advanced Practice Provider.

     

    The Emergency Psychiatry team at CentraCare- St. Cloud Hospital is hiring! Serve patients in the Emergency Psychiatric Assessment, Treatment & Healing (EmPATH) Unit and in the Emergency Trauma Center at CentraCare- St. Cloud Hospital. You will be part of a team that serves as a regional resource to improve patient experience with enhanced delivery of treatment options during psychiatric emergencies. You will help our team create opportunities for more robust assessment and triage of psychiatric patients. With over 4,000 psychiatric emergency visits each year to the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Trauma Center, this position will help us better serve the mental health needs of our community.

    SCHEDULE:

    + 1.0 FTE

    + 4, 10 hour shifts , M-TH starting at 10am

    + Access to a regional referral center of 489 beds and Level II trauma center

    + Highly skilled, specialized support staff and nursing – Magnet designated since 2004

    QUALIFICATIONS- Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Clinical Nurse Specialist

     

    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

     

    + Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required.

    + Current licensure as an APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) in the State of Minnesota required

    + Certification as a Family or Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner required

     

    Clinical Nurse Specialist

     

    + Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required

    + Current licensure as an APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) in the State of Minnesota required

    + Certification as an Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist required

     

    Physician Assistant

     

    + National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification

    + Minnesota Registration

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    + Starting pay begins at $114,899.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    + Salary range:  $114,899.20 - $155,126.40 per year

    + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
