The Surgical Technician will be primarily a scrub technician for Rice Memorial Hospital OR and/or Endoscopy cases, with the knowledge of instrumentation and basic knowledge of the operative procedure. The person in this position will perform a variety of duties in assisting the surgical and endoscopy team. They will also participate in daily Rice Memorial Hospital processes with a willingness to accomplish any assigned task. Schedule: + 72 hours every 2 weeks + 7AM-3:30PM, and 9AM-5:30PM + Week night, weekend and holiday on-call rotation + Every 6th/7th weekend Pay and Benefits: + Starting pay begins at $25.88 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience + Pay range: $25.88 - $36.06 per hour + Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available + Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: + Graduate of Surgical Tech Program + 1 years scrub experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred. + Operating room or GI endoscopy experience preferred. + New grads welcome to apply!
