Job Schedule: Full time

Provides services to patients ranging from the very young (newborn) to adolescent in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating inpatients and outpatients. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. Works with patients on an individual basis using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures.

Schedule:

+ Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks

+ Days | Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm and Fridays 7:30-4:30pm | 8-hour shifts

+ No weekends or holidays!

Pay & Benefits:

+ Starting pay begins at $83,990.40 per year and increases with experience

+ Salary range: $78,707.20 - $121,035.20 per year

+ Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

+ $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy required.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.

+ Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.

+ Specific clinical training in areas of special interest preferred.
