    Job Overview

     

    Seeking a seasoned Qt software developer to design, develop, and optimize firmware to run on a consumer electronics product.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Design, Document and Implement UI software using Qt/QML. 

    • Consume graphic designs and Implement pixel perfect views that follow the designs. 

    • Develop and support LCD/Touch/Video drivers. 

    • Apply Scrum methodologies for task management, sprint planning, and feature delivery. 

    • Use Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for planning, code reviews, and high-quality documentation

     

    Compensation: $55/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years' experience; BS in CS, EE, or related field

    - Experience with consumer electronics

    - Experience building and maintaining user interface software with C++/Qt. 

     

    - Experience building layers for interfacing UI code with backend systems. 

    - Experience with video software (playback, decoding) 

    - Experience with LCD and touch screen drivers.  - Experience buildings UI view layouts with QML

     

    - Experience with Qt for MCU
