Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Tech BA for an enterprise client in the facilities management and food services industries. This resource will be assisting the current Sr. Technical BA in their day to day listed below:

* Rev-UP feature requirement development with business (Keven)

* Daily work sessions with Albert (Keven AND BA)

* Chasing up and documenting stakeholder responses when questions arise (BA)

* Capturing UAT feedback, creating bugs for follow up with QA / ITN (Keven OR BA)

* Cam's VDA calculation testing documentation (BA)

* EDW Change documentation & Cataloging (Keven)

* Downstream Remediation documentation & communication with downstream stakeholders (BA)

* Intense research efforts (Keven)

* Small research projects (BA)

* Report / query creation / providing backlog status to Renu (BA)

* Azure DevOps Card Management / Movement (BA)

Skills and Requirements

*Salesforce

* Solid work ethic and good soft skills

* 2+ years of technical BA experience

* Backlog Management exp -- azure dev ops (ADO), Jira, or TFS

* Camband methodology

• Following sprint -- matching what the vendor is doing

• Sodexo -- waterfall/agile hybrid

• Basic understanding

* Write user stories

* Understand not just writing for the persona, but from a technical perspective

• Resource is getting data, transforming it, and loading it -- concepts of data lineage

* Documentation, not testing * Writing SQL Queries

* Power BI -- internal reporting, cataloging changes to the EDW
