    Job Description

    Our client is looking for a Procurement Systems Technology Manager to join their Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team in Boca Raton. As the Procurement Systems Technology Manager, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of procurement technology platforms, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Intake systems. You will be responsible for system performance, integrations, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to ensure procurement systems are aligned with organizational goals and deliver a seamless user experience. You will own the company's procurement technology platforms. and lead Procurement systems implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions and manage master data (suppliers, user groups, permissions, commodity mappings accounting segments, etc.). This is a contract to hire position and once converted you will be expected to go onsite in a hybrid model

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 6+ years of experience in application design, and in development and configuration of technology solutions to support Procurement business processes.

     

    - Ariba core admin expert

     

    - Ariba ITK (Integration Toolkit) server expertise

     

    - Experience and knowledge of Procure-to-Pay system administration, technical support, upgrades, and releases.

     

    - Advanced skills and experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Procurement systems with focus on Procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Intake processes

     

    - SAP/Ariba administration (Integration Manager, Master Data Manager). Ariba Modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Custom Forms.

     

    • SAP Fieldglass administration.

    • Ironclad Contract Management.

    • ZIP HQ

    • CIG V7 (Cloud Integration Gateway) experience.

    • Experience with Oracle ERP/Cloud (OCI).
