Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Cloud Networking Engineer to sit onsite in Exton, PA for one of our simulation software engineering clients. They will be joining the Infrastructure team and will be responsible for supporting and administrating Network Infrastructure, VPN Infrastructure, Gateway/Firewall Infrastructure, monitoring for these infrastructure components, and working with the Infrastructure Team to implement new projects and architecture upgrades to help enhance the IT environment. This individual is expected to operate at a Senior experience level and support the overall Core Infrastructure group in the areas listed above. Additionally, the individual will be supporting the clients Cloud initiative in Azure for networking such as Site-to-Site VPN, VNets, Cloud Gateways, Azure Firewalls, and RBAC administration. Work in AWS’s equivalent environment is a potential project as well based on future business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support & Administer the Networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and WLAN)

• Support & Administer the VPN Infrastructure

• Support & Administer the Gateway/Firewall Infrastructure

• Support & Administer monitoring solution for the above technologies

• Perform maintenance and on the above systems

• Automate repetitive tasks through scripting

• Ensure proper uniformity, documentation, and configuration control of the above technologies.

• Support Azure Cloud initiatives - Site-to-Site VPN, VNets, Cloud Gateways, and Azure Firewalls

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of Network Engineering experience

• Proficient in configuring and managing dynamic routing protocols including eBGP, iBGP, and OSPF

• Experience deploying and maintaining LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls,

• Including policy creation, threat prevention, and cloud integration

• Strong background in Cisco technologies, including routers, switches, and wireless solutions
