    Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team of our enterprise client. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product, technology, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in a very data-heavy, robust, and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams.

     

    - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements

     

    - Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.

     

    - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure smooth communication across teams.

     

    - Maintain and organize project documentation in Confluence and manage work items in Jira

     

    Pay rate: 40-45/hour

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience as a technical Business Analyst

     

    - Strong experience gathering requirements from the business and communicating to development teams

     

    - Strong experience in an agile environment

     

    - Highly proficient in Confluence and Jira
