    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Structures Technician to support large aircraft modification and integration efforts. This role requires a strong background in fabrication and structural integration, rather than traditional maintenance or depot-level repair. The technician will be responsible for hands-on structural work involving sheet metal and large components, with a focus on interpreting and executing modifications based on blueprint drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on 40+ ft pylons, interpreting complex structural drawings, and performing precise modifications and integrations. This position is a hybrid between fabrication and modification/integration, requiring a high level of craftsmanship, blueprint literacy, and experience with large-scale aircraft structures.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum 9-10 years of experience as a Structures Technician

    • 2-4 years of direct experience in aircraft modification/integration

    • Background in fabrication and structural metalwork (not composite)

    • Proficient in reading and interpreting old blueprints & drawings
