Job Description
Planner responsible for new product introduction planning within MedTech. The role owns short and mid-term finished goods plans, coordinates with suppliers and buyers to ensure material availability, and aligns with production planning so launch timelines and build schedules are met. The Planner maintains key planning master data, monitors inventory health, creates clear projections, and communicates status and risks to stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management, preferably with NPI exposure.
• Advanced Excel required. Alteryx or Python preferred for data preparation, analysis, and reporting automation.
• Strong supplier coordination and cross functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive actions and close gaps.
• Experience working from ERP planning signals and reconciling plan versus actual.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present status and recommendations to senior leadership. • Preferred: SAP or similar ERP experience. OMP exposure is a plus.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
