Job Summary:
The Human Resources Senior Analyst is a key contributor to the strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead in-depth analyses of HR data to identify trends and provide insights that support business decisions.
• Partner with HR leaders to develop and optimize programs related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Oversee the enhancement of HR information systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting capabilities.
• Drive the creation and implementation of advanced HR policies, aligning them with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
• Act as a senior advisor, offering data driven recommendations to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
• Facilitate cross departmental collaboration, using HR analytics to support and influence organizational change.
• Mentor junior HR analysts and guide them in their professional development.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Experience with HRIS system and Microsoft 365.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage benefits information and educated employees.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM•CP): Validates HR competency for early• to midcareer professionals.
• SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM•SCP): Demonstrates mastery of strategic and policymaking aspects of HR management.
• Knowledge of Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI)
