Job Description
An employer is looking to add a Disaster Recovery Analyst to their team in Charlotte. This person will be focused on the security aspects of the environment and will work to build our frameworks and standardize processes around compliance. This role focuses on auditing, data validation, and program management to ensure accurate and compliant asset tracking across applications. The analyst will work closely with the team to maintain data integrity, support compliance efforts, and drive automation initiatives.
The Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization can respond effectively to disruptions. This role involves risk assessment, planning, testing, and coordination across departments to safeguard critical systems and data.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans for all critical systems and business functions
Skilled in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recovery priorities
Ability to collaborate with IT and business units to ensure DR strategies align with operational needs.
Coordinate and lead regular DR testing and simulation exercises; document results and follow up on remediation
Experience monitoring and reporting on DR readiness, compliance, and performance metrics. Experience in audit, compliance, or security compliance
Familiarity with Fusion and automation concepts
