Job Description

- As a Server Engineer/Administrator, you are responsible for maintaining and supporting a hybrid server environment consisting of both physical and virtual (VMware) systems. Your day-to-day duties include performing routine maintenance, system monitoring, and patching to ensure optimal performance and uptime. You play a key role in enforcing server security and compliance standards, managing data backups, and contributing to disaster recovery planning. With over four years of experience, you bring expertise in Windows environments and are adept at troubleshooting, optimizing server performance, and collaborating across IT teams to support infrastructure reliability and scalability.

Pay rate will vary based on skillset: 50-60/hr

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience working as an Sever Engineer/Administrator

• Windows Environment, VMware Experience

• Hybrid environment, Physical and virtual servers

• Perform routine maintenance, system monitoring, and patching.

• Support server security and compliance with applicable standards.

• Assist with data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
